1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Non-returnable items include customized, personalized items, or products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer. Additional non-returnable items include sale/discounted products, promotional items, and consumable products such as cosmetics or batteries. If your product arrives damaged or defective, you can request a return by providing photo or video evidence of the issue.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at giveyouyoung@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. - Returned products must be sent **directly to the location from which the product was originally shipped**. - **Giveyouyoung is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping**. Please ensure the product is securely packaged before sending. - Please note that tracking numbers are not provided for returns. For overseas shipments, please be aware that return processing may take longer due to shipping and customs clearance.
3. Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs will be covered by Giveyouyoung if the return is due to a fault with the product or a mistake made during shipment. Customers are responsible for return shipping in cases where the return is due to incorrect orders made by the customer.
4. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method. Partial refunds may be issued if only some items are returned.
5. Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange a product for other reasons, you will need to return the product and place a new order.
6. Exceptions
Used or damaged products by the customer cannot be returned. Products that cannot be resold due to customer damage or opened packaging are also non-returnable.
